Service function

DSign places a visual signature image on a PDF according to the page, position, and size you select. The service does not provide digital certificates, identity verification, certified timestamps, or legal advice.

User responsibilities

You must have the right and authority to upload, process, and sign every document and image you use. You are responsible for checking the content, signature position, result integrity, signer identity, and whether this method meets your document requirements.

Prohibited use

• Uploading malware, files designed to attack systems, or unlawful material.
• Forging a signature, impersonating another person, or processing a document without authorization.
• Disrupting or overloading the service, scanning for vulnerabilities, or attempting unauthorized access.

Availability and limitations

The service is provided as available. Processing may fail because of the PDF format, connectivity, server capacity, browser limitations, or maintenance. DSign does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every PDF. Keep the source document and inspect the result before using it.

Privacy and temporary processing

Files remain local during preparation and preview, then are sent to the API only when final processing begins. The API uses temporary working files for one request and does not retain the document or processing metadata afterward. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
